Annoying "Skill recharged sound" while sailing?
 

After the update on the game tonight, I went out sailing and now all I hear is that annoying "Skill recharged" sound. OMG I cant stand it. I kept lookin around wondering if it was someone else or something I was missing. All I know is my sounds goin off until its fixed. Anyone else get this?

Signed into the game this morning and noticed this new "Feature". I have to agree with you Angel... it is a bit annoying.

Atleast we got a somewhat useful feature to match that "thing". Still not sure its all that worth it though. ^^

• Added feature to let other players know that you are away from the keyboard. Type /afk or /away in your chat window to activate it.

Ditto...... the sound is annoying. Fix one thing and brake another.

That sound is super annoying! I keep thinking my guns have recharged....perhaps it has something to do with the mysterious new sailing skill we can't activate yet.

Well, Pirates is down right now, so hopefully they will resolve this problem. It was very irritating to listen to while I was plundering. Plz, Stop the noise!

Tell me about it. I actually went to log back on and it wouldnt let me. Gonna try now that its supposedly back up.

Yeah, I got that too.

I noticed that when it happened, all the sailing skill icons would flash.

I finally turned off the sound to make it stop.

I despise that sound, too! Drives me nuts. Does it have something to do with ships respawning?

Maybe when another ship is in your radius it goes off, or when a ship is about to respawn?

driving me crazy as well! Please make it stop!

Heres a solution, turn your sound off :P

No need to anymore. Its fixed. Besides, I always went buy the sound of cannon fire from other ships to react when I'm sailing. Without that I seemed to get blasted more.
