Anyone remember when Disney promised the Kraken in 2009?
 

Hiya.

It's been a while since I've played the game, but I've kept my eye on it. One thing that irks me is that Disney posted an article of some sort on the POTCO website, and it included that the Kraken would be released into the game at the end of 2009. Anyone else remember this?

It's been years since there has been a worthy update to the game. Raven Cove is the closest they have got, but it only took a few days for most players to finish the content on that.

Yep it was actually the game content they had on display at the gaming convention before the game was released. I have a feeling that they completely gave up on it as being to expensive to make work.

I think they are going to make it but they have to fix alot in the game to make it work and somehow arrange a good storyline for all the new stuff that would come...... So I'm just sitting, waiting for a huge octopus to come in my game.....

It hasn't appeared in three years of waiting, and I doubt it's coming anytime soon.

No, they could of obviously made it by now. Look at all this pointless stuff they are making, ship repair mini games, fishing, fart potions? they just dont want to make it.
