New Skill on OPEN!!!
 

Check this out, I was sailing to an island for quest purposes and I hit the "K" button to look at future staff skills. But.. as you know when you have that weapon drawn or you are on a cannon or at the helm of a ship it shoes the skills for that particular thing. Well, I WAS playing on Open of course as I dont have a test account so this is the real thing. Look.... "Power Recharge" I dont know what level it is at because I am 21 sailing and I just need a skill point to unlock it. It is much like Taskmaster.. but only it is not a passive skill.. but an order/manuever. If only if only I had not gotten Taskmaster.. :|

I saw that... and am at level 24 right now on sailing.. dont know if I wanna use my last point on that... lol... not until I find out if its any good.

Just leveled up to 21 in sailing a second ago. There wasn't a "skill unlocks at lev___" in the description, so maybe someone with a lower lev sailing could answer that part. I figure if it only lasts 10 seconds, it may not be worth putting a point into, but IDK....anyone?

10 seconds is an amazing start. Max it and it will be 50 seconds I believe. It is a level 20 sailing order, because it is past the "Take Cover!" order.

I'm level 24, so when I noticed that yesterday, I was happy that I hadn't hit level 25, so now I can use my last point on it xD

being maxed on sailing makes me angry for the first time!

I feel ripped off. Mastered people cant get this skill. Punish us because we've worked hard at it?

I hope the level cap raises soon. I must have that skill!

Take cover is level 20, so it's gotta be past that.

Ok so I went on 2 pirates that mastered sailing, have 2, and 5 points still to use. That recharge skill isn't available to unlock :(

im lvl 18 sailing and it does not say unlock at lvl (insert lvl no. here)

It opens at level 17.

So it opens out of order?
