Poor Math

Have you ever noticed that POTCO's math doesn't add up?

Example 1: I was in a store trying to sell my junk. I put up a sabre for 7 gold; the total was 7. I added a Faded Sea Chart for 1 gold; the total was 9!

Example 2: I went and bombed General Darkhart with grenades. When I started, my grenade score was 367. The Gen. died, and a big white +38 Rep rolled up. My grenade score changed to 412!

I thought computers were supposed to be good at math.

Sometimes the sell amount doesn't add up.. But when you killed Darkhart, did you have a crew? That could explain for the 'extra' 7 rep.

I wouldn't worry about... Potco developers are trying hard to fix lots of stuff. I think that this is just a minor bug, and that they got bigger bugs then this... And also Nate can be right. That could explain +7 rep.

No, I was completely by myself at the time; no crew bonus.

I'm not complaining, just commenting. This particular bug seems to be in our favour.
