You don't typically get famed from brigands, sorry.

I was expexting AT LEAST a rare from General Whatshisname ( i forgot ) Hes the grenade one.

Most of my Skulls (and in general most peoples' Skulls) don't have rares, and that's from the best enemies.

@Sharktooth That's probably because you found all the famed, so there are none left....
