First Free Hat Bug?

On all 3 of my pirates, the green pirate hat, that was the first free hat, was replaced by a extra bandanna, and I didn't even get the bandanna on two of them, and had the green pirate hat on all three accounts.

Is this a bug, or is everyone having it?

They changed the green hat to a green bandanna. If you get the free bandanna, you'll see that they're different colors.
