Help if you can please

How do you cancel your unlimited access? I mean when you paid for monthly with a credit card.

:degen: Well, with toontown (also Disney) you actually have to call them to cancel an account, no just cancelling online... I spent ten minutes on hold waiting to cancel (sometimes I wonder if they are trying to wait you out, hoping you will give up, and then forget to cancel??) Anyway, once I got to speak to someone they were very helpful and got me squared away right off.

You may cancel at anytime, here.

Soufriere_hills 02-21-2008 02:15 AM

Remember you will use the ability to use member weapons

Also, if you have a founder name, you'll lose that too.

I'm waiting to see if they add stuff that's worth my wild before I'd even think about canceling my paid account lol.

For some odd reason, i don't think so.

I was told from them that if I were to go back to basic access, I would lose the ability to use my unlimited weapons. (Grenades, doll, staff etc. I would also have no ships since my dock is full of war ships and you can only have a light sloop.

EsmereldaTrueshot 02-21-2008 03:11 PM

I can promise you, you will lose the advanced weapons, ships, anything you can do with unlimited that you can't do with free access. That is the way it is with their other games. They are not going to let you keep everything just because you did the work to get it there, you have to pay to keep the access.

Well thanx, I paid with someone else's credit card, and now that I have game cards, Id rather pay for myself. Besides Im leaving for the army in about 4 months, so it would be a waste of my friends money considering I wont be able to play for several years.

In some other games, they have a military policy that will keep your character on hold till you get back. And do get back safe, ok?

Crazyguy36 02-29-2008 04:29 PM

Really I didnt know that. Do they have a policy for POTCO? And thanx, I'll try to get shot in the arm the first day so I can come home early.
