Uuuuggghhhh!!!!
Twice last night I put down the rum and grabbed the ol cannon ram and went in search of some rare materials for my barnacle incrusted home on the sea ( thats a ship for any thatn may be reading ) and twice last night as we headed in with some loot it came up with " lost connection " I would think it was just me but I haven't had issues with any other online anything and when I logged back in the server I had been on was now quite and it was abbasa ( is that how you spell that? my spell check monkey is broke ). It takes a fair bit of time to get a ship full of mats. and if I lost 2 for some kinda Mickey induced rolling server black outs I'm gonna mutiny and storm the Capt. quarters:degen: anybody have an answer or having the same issue?

When people do the pvp glitch - the server they are doing it on gets reset.

Mostley the A-servers. But some go onto a quite. PvP, then teleport to A-servers

I had the same issue when I was on Abassa a few days ago. I switched to one of the bottom servers on the list and I didn't see the problem again. I don't know if it'll help you but it did for me.

I find that when people come to several lineups such as at a grocery store or at customs, they tend to join the first line they come to. Me, I got and look them over. Usually the lines at the middle - or the far end - are much shorter, mostly because people won't make an effort to check it out.
The point of this is that I was either joining a server starting with "A" or accepting a random server, and I was having a lot of problems with disconnects and missing portals, the same as many of you are describing. Now I go and choose one down near the bottom of the list, and I have a lot fewer problems. It takes a little extra effort, but it's worth it. Crimson Rose |
The PvP glitch causes a reset? wow.. yeah I'd like to see a source for that info, not that your not right or anything but so I can post a note on Mickeys door with my dagger showing him.
off topic: Crimson I like your new font much better Thanks |
I don't have a source, other than the fact that I have tested it. I went to a server, searched EVERYWHERE, made sure nobody was php glitching, and then I went in and did it myself. Sure enough, within a few minutes, the server reset.

Maybe if somebody had fraps or some other recording system they could post a video for the mouse to see....not saying it would fix anything but?????.. One glitcher can shut down the works thats unfortunate for the rest of us.
