Avatar Needed!

Well I came across an image of Luigi Kart Ds while searching for Luigi Cookie Pinball in google photos. I was wondering if anyone can create something like a video game avatar. Based on Mario Kart but its POTC Kart. With Jack throwing a gun at gibs and barbossa and others in the background. Can anyone make this for me?
