Nine rogues? How to get something from them?
 

Well I have collected all nine rogues but what to do now? I need money :( please help me fast...

It's just a treasure collection. Once you complete it, all you get is a full collection. When you get each, the game automatically sells it for you, so you get the value of the item added to the total amount of gold you just received from defeating an enemy. Also, when fighting monsters, the collection items will keep appearing, giving you more gold than someone who does not have the Nine Rogues.

You do not get money for your Treasures / Paintings / Rings - they are a side item which to collect only.

If you need money that bad - time to go sailing... There is no "fast" money unless you play poker or blackjack - and I know no-one who has made any real money at it.

If you were really foolish and sold your boat(s) - your back to square one. You can a) Kill at whver you are until you get 100 Gold then buy a light sloop and start again or b) ask to be on a crew (fast way for money at the start I would say) and hope for some good sailing.

When I first unlocked my Nine Rogues collection and Elizabeth Swann said something along the lines of "Great riches for completing your collection" I too thought there would be a bonus for completing collections but this isn't the case.

All she really means is you get a small amount of gold (usually between 10 and 100 gold depending on how rare it is) everytime you receive a collection item on top of any gold you get for the actual kill (animals don't drop gold but will give collection items).

As you unlock more collections (8 collections so far) you'll have a better chance of getting an item from each kill and in the process earn more gold.

I'm hoping they will give us small bonuses for completed collections in a future update. In its current state there is no incentive to complete them after you've maxed all land based weapons, bought all the level 15 weapons, bought all the war ships and have reached the gold limit.

By the time I maxed out my land weapons I had completed 7 out of 8 collections and was just 5 pawns short of finishing the Treasure Chess set but all the gold I earned along the way easily paid for all 3 war ships and any weapons I hadn't yet bought.

where do you get the 9 rogues?

They come (as far as I know) randomly while going about other things. Press "U" to see the unusual things you have collected during your career as a pirate.
