What I be seeking...
 

I'm 12th level (notoriety) and just got a frigate. Wonderful ship, now I have to figure out how to fill it with crew!

I haven't had much luck with guilds in-game, so I thought I'd try here. If you know of a guild that meets my needs, please let me know.

• I'd like a guild with a large enough membership that I have a good chance of getting volunteers to be on a crew or opportunities to crew with another guild member whenever I'm online. I'm tired of standing on the beach and hoping to find crew.
• I'd like the guild to be newbie friendly as I take on all comers in my crews.
• I'd like the guild to accept both free and unlimited members (I'm unlimited, but lots of neat people are free).
• I'd like a guild that encourages helping others. I've gotten lots of help from other people and I like helping people as well.
• I'd like a guild that's chatty. I'm very chatty in-game and I'd like to hear what other people in the guild are doing, so that I know if I can help!
• I'm on US Mountain time and typically play in the 7-10pm window in the evenings. If there were a lot of people in the guild with hours overlapping these, that would be awesome!

I've been pretty disappointed with the in-game support for building crews and guilds. The Disney web site doesn't appear to be much better, either.

My guild normally has about four people on at a time and everyone is an officer so that people can invite thier friends without hassel. (i like everybody :vwink:)

The Tribe sounds like your fit. Check em out.

The Shades of Kya are very active around your time, very newb friendly seeing as our main population of members are lower levels. We always have a crew going around all the time. If you talk we talk =) so that solves teh chat problem. We also love helpin each other in quests and sinking ships especially.

funny story about us also:

We were just given 58th on the leaderboards for most time spent in jail (daily). Due to our high count of large crews and us all getting sunk from getting careless when taking on larger ships *rolls eyes*.

You're welcome in my guild. Its very small (3 members) but I meet your criteria. I accept anyone and I'm VERY chatty. I really need to know what crew or friends are up to or thinking. I am willing to help with anything. Only 1 criterion I don't meet is the 7-10 time slot. I work during that time. I usually play during the wee hours of the morning or sometimes in the afternoon. I'm on Central Standard time. If you ever see Jim Ironslipper with The Iron Legion go ahead and approach. I am looking for more people to play with.
