confused abt skill points
 

hi all,
I am not clear about how to use skill points.:vundecided: How many total skill points do you get? Do you get a specific no. of skill points per weapon or is it 'one' collective no. of points? When you select the rank of a particular skill [the dots around the skill], r u spending your skill points?

You get 1 skill point everytime you level a weapon for use with that weapon. You will not have enough points though to put 5 in every skill. So need to think about where you put those skill points.

To use them, hit your k button, and just click on the skill you want to apply that point to.

Since each weapon goes to level 25 and you start at 1 in each you get a total of 24 skill points by the time you get to level 25. Each particular skill for each weapon can be leveled up by "Ranks" to max of rank 5. You have a few skills in each weapon that starts out with rank 1 but the rest you unlock by using a skill point on it when you have unlocked that skill. It is like Pirate Rose said, you ahve to think about how you spend each weapons skill points because you dont get enough to get each skill for each weapon to max them to rank 5.

does this mean that you can use other weapons skill points? i just found out that i maxed out the skill on the grape shots :vangry: i don't like grape shots lol :vtongue:

You can only use skill points earned on that particular weapon. So if you earned 1 on cutlass, you can only use it on cutlass.

Aww matey sorry about the 5 on grape. I made a mistake like that on a pirate when I was learning too. I kept clicking because nothing showed up right away :/ lol.

tell me abt it, it says 'click to find out more abt the skill', so u click it and b4 u know it u have maxed out skill, whch u didn't want in the first place :p lol

Yeah Grape shot isn't exactly used very much unless you PvP a lot.
