Tips and tricks NEEDED.
I used to play Toontown and its no wonder how similar the games function.
So I began to wonder if POTC made a guide for users new to the game to have some sort of an understanding as to how everything works. I joined the forums specifically for that kind of info, and plan to spend ALOT of time in this particular one. Regardless I am still new to the game and even newer to this site and any kind of tips and tactics that would help someone a little lower on the notority gage would really be appreciated. Thanks so much. look forward to some links =]:bird-vi: |
The Grunt on top of the hanging deck in Port Royal Fort Charles doesn't attack. Chip away at him all you'd like. Also, if you run in circles using the voodoo doll, you can't be attacked (unless enemy has doll or dagger). Enjoy.

Not exactly sure what you're looking for, but here's a link to an overview of the game:
http://apps.pirates.go.com/pirates/v...roduction.html There's a lot of good user guides and info inside this forum :) Welcome to the game! |

Also, complete story quests as soon as possible. |

Also, at Kingshead, once you get grenades you can stand behind the fence which faces the veterans far into the center of the Fort. Use Long Volley and aim at them. It will ht them all and they will try to come towards you. They can't get through fence unless you step too far back behind it. Just stay far enough to the pointt where they can't hit you through the fence and keep blasting them or voodooing them. Lots of gold and rep. |
thanks so much for your help =] i appreciate it. :dancetl6:

I dont want to make a new thread out of a simple question. So if anyone's reading, i really need to know where to find a big alligator. thanks so much =]

On Tortuga, if you go all the way to the left theres by the water theres a swamp called Misty Mire. Go in there and if you go roughly half way in there theres a big gator.
Hope that helps. |
I wouldnt say complete the story quest as soon as possible. I mean I did it on Angel and was done by lvl 26. Not to mention theres the quest that has u runnin back and forth to padres, and the teleport dont open for there until lvl 23. Besides, why hurry up to wait? Not like the Boss is ready.

Ohh definatly DON'T do the story quest. I am level 30 right now with all my weapons at level 20 except for staff which is level 10.
I have nearly 1500 hp, which is way more then i see other level 30 people have sometimes i even have twice as much hp as them. If i had done the main quest my weapons would be much harder to level and be lower then they are right now. Making me weak as heck. |
