Who, were and how do you get the teleport quest for this island. Gunner has alot of requests and its a long way from PR

from waht i been told u dont get it unlocked till 23

You will get the teleport quest for Padres Del Fuego at level 23.

I had issues with that too while I was working on the Gunner quests- it's a lot of running back and forth. You don't get the quest for the the totem until lvl 23- so if you are close to that at all I would suggest leveling up before you complete the quests, it'll make it a lot easier.
