Check out what I made!

Someone has been helping me out with Photoshop, and worked with me. They soon gave me a book to use when They are unavalible. Because I ask to many questions... :psmiley35:
With the guidance of the book I made this picture.

How was it? :peopirate07bouncele

pretty good, mate! Keep up the good work!!

Davy_Mcwrecker 11-19-2011 05:00 AM

Thank you, and it is time for my reveiw. (( No comment... o_o))
I give it a B plus, because it looks so good, and because of the dead space here.

Sweet, Davy! Make FIRE >:D

I like the latest one the best. I have always liked the way the pirates looked when they are zoomed in. I would say to so that with all of the pirates, yest experimenting with the angles. Also, I see some space between the pirate on the lower left hand corner and the edge. Might wanna move him down just a bit, so it doesnt look like you sliced his torso off. ~_~

Also, if you want to keep the pirate ion the right in the box, I would suggest somehow fading the box out, so it doesnt look so sharp, and it looks like it blends with the picture.

Those are just my two cents. I love it when other people get involved with Photoshop, eve if they are just starting out. It has so much to learn about it, and it can create so much. I love sitting at my computer and making things for hours! Looking and reviewing other people's work is pretty rewarding, too! Keep up the great work, Davy!

I thought photoshop was easy to use.

Like this screenshot here I changed:

and this:

These were easy for me to change. But, do I have to use photoshop?

I like those! Just one suggestion:
Be sure to save those pictures as things other than .jpg. .jpg doesn't have great quality. I usually save pictures as .png.

Just a thought.

It should, as it's part of the Windows embedded codecs (assuming you have Vista or later)

It works fine for me, just forgot to save it as .png

By default, it wants me to save it as a .tif

Hmm... need some file filter editing there....

Nice use of Photoshop Davy! The only thing working against you is some of the cropping is on the coarse side rather than fine cropping, but still, good job for one of your first pictures! :D

I did a little bluring to make it fade in, and remember - I am NOT using my book for this particular image, If I had my book.... image that, but.. 100x more pwnage!!! :P

:O,

Pokemon?

Do you have Black or White version for the DS?

I do, it's the best I've played due to the meta gameplay being faster and not full of "stillness" in the battles, etc.

It's offers re-playability

Back on topic: Nice creation Davy, not bad.
