Didn't this happen to someone else within the past few months on the forums? And can you board?

What I usually do is send feedback on the options/exit menu. And they usually fix it in a half an hour.

Make sure that everyone that boarded the ship is off your "stuck" ship, relogged, and you logout and log back in, to see if that resolved the issue.

It's a client-to-server packet issue, because maybe the server tower had high latency when retrieving your sent packet telling the game to kick everyone off the ship and load the island model that you ported at. The packet probably got lost/ignored/partial code not read.

Be sure to send in a bug report about this, too. They should fix this 08 bug that's still present today.

This happened to me. It took while to wait but you can do activites with it.

If I remember correctly, the game message would say:

The Stranded pirate must have had a very slow internet connection and had graphics at max and that combination is calling for a crash. This happened to my ship some time before Raven's Cove came to the Caribbean when I ported and someone was still on the ship with his friends and their friends teleporting to the ship being sunk. Hopefully, this should be fixed entirely in the Brig update.

It won't be fixed because it's a problem that has to do with pirates' connections. Even though it doesn't make sense for this glitch to happen, seeing how this game revolves around client-to-server connection, they should at least throw in a intergrity check timer after porting to make sure that every pirate was given enough time to load the 3d island model and/or disconnect from the game if the pirate's connection was "hanging".

Disney doesn't make sure of today's business application standards, I see...
