Unfortunately, I have to download some RAM thing into my computer in order to play pirates online.Since it costs money, I can't play on it.I'll be sticking to vmk, but looking at these forums occasionally to see what's happening.I hope to see you in vmk, and not piratesonline... :-(

How much RAM do you need for the game? Btw if you had a Beta code, may you please PM it to me? I'm pretty sure my computer will run it.

Read my PM. What you're set to do is extremely unfair to anyone else who wants to be a tester. You don't have to give me the code- just give it to somebody, anybody.

Well POTCO gave it to him so he can do what he wants with it lol. Also It would not be right of him to give it to anybody. If POTCO saw ppl getting codes they never gave them to... they might stop the beta testing.. lol

Sorry mate, although for its graphics, the requirements are very low. I too am eagar for a beta code, and sighned up 3 days after the website was set up, and still havn't got one! So, let's both hope we find one.

That stinks.

You need 1GB for beta. But (supposedly) only 256 when the game gets out of beta. It says on the site that you only need 256. But if you're a beta player, you need 1GB because, you know, the game's new and there's a lot of crashing.

But what everyone is thinking is, when the game opens, and is all cleaned up, it'll run smoother, so you don't need as much RAM.

oh that's nice to know i knew it was going to be lowered just never found how much that is a BIG difference Compare 1 GB to 256 MB that is a HUGE difference! lol thx Qui-Gon
