Upgrading to Unlimited?

Does POTCO accept pre-paid AMEX for payment or do you need to use a credit/debit card in order to do so?

They do not accept Pre-Paid. They only take Disney Cards/MasterCards/Visa and PayPal I do believe. Good luck.
