I have no PSP, that's ironically just the same initials for Playstation Portable and Paint Shop Pro. ^^

Oh, and it's around $120. ^^

Ahoy there Silver Beard! I can help you. I have a wonderful FREE program that I use. It is easy and you can do animation with good practice. Just go to www.gimp.org to download GIMP/GNU Image Manipulation Program. They also have guides on that site. Good luck mate, and any questions? Just PM me.

Caleb's right, GIMP is a nice program when you wanna get into stuff like this. It's a bit confusing in my opinion, but not too hard to learn. ^^

Besides, there's nothing wrong with MS paint. XD

(Couldn't help myself, this was made in MS paint and besides the fact that it blurred, it's a very nicely shaded box. ^^

I donwloaded free trial for newest Photoshop (Priced at 999$)

It last's a month, yet comes with EVERYTHING. I downloaded it TWO MONTHES AGO!

All you do is change the date on your computer back. :P

Fool around with GIMP. And there are guides on www.gimp.org. It's really super easy to use.
