Anywhere to find a level 30 sword?

If you go to the Padres Blacksmiths, they should offer a Royal Cutlass. I'm unsure of the level on it, but it's probably 26-30. As for looting, there are several blades that require level 30, all of which are quite rare. There are various famed cursed blades, as well as the legendary ones that require higher levels and are quite powerful, and then there are also several regular blades, namely the Black Shark Blade (one of me favorites...), Seven Seas Cutlass, and Admiral Cutlass (although this is extremely rare... I can't even remember if it's in game, but I'm pretty sure it is).
