You know to tell you the truth i have no idea what happen to that it was supost to come in feb and it hasnt yet! I dont see anything on the webpage about it so maybe they decided to scrap it!

There isn't any certainty of that. It hasn't even been released on the Test server, at least not to my knowledge.

Ya, I play on test server as much as Open and they are the same(Except for disticts)

The powers that be said the updates would come IN Feb. No specific date in Feb was given. It's only the 6th folks....relax :)
