Crocodile Frock Coat?
 

Is this a new coat? While leveling on my sister's pirate, I found a green coat in her items called "Crocodile Frock Coat"

I have never saw it before on anyone else, so I was wondering if this was new or if this was part of a tailor quest.

Well, I can say this isn't a new jacket, not sure where to get it though.

Nope, the jacket's been around forever. It used to be a starter item, actually. Not very popular, though; most people prefer the brighter colors, methinks, haha.

Yeah, I think this coat has been around for a while, you just have probably not seen it because it is somewhat uncommon, not because it is hard to obtain, but most people just go for other clothes.
