Padres Del Fuego "Lifts"!

I am doing missions for Gunner and I had to collect a bottle of rum from a Lvl9+ soldier,and it came to be that he stood on top of me...

UPDATE:A Navy Soldier was actually floating.

Why!? Glitch,maybe?

was it a seargent in front of fort dundee if so yes this is a bug slash glitch
