(SvS) Skills not responding to Command

Not long ago on the Abassa Server during Privateering, I was sunk and began to sail back out and I go to use my Broadside.... Nothing Happens! All the skills were recharged but none of them did a thing! I already sent in a bug report to Disney about it. Has anyone else ever experienced something like this, or is it the first time it occurred?

All you have to do is press escape then grab the wheel again and it should work. This has happened to many pirates many times... and always at worst times..

Could have thought of that but was distracted from running from a Light Sloop packing Heavy Fury rounds.

It has happened to me when using the Voodoo doll. Will hit the heal button and it registers the heal on the spell, but doesn't heal the person. Sometimes have to hit the button a couple of times to make it actually work like it is supposed to.
