Darklight ~ Book One
[darklight] [book one] ]The eternal flame[ 1 As darkness fell, the anonymous man could feel the sharp, crisp, cool wisps of air, and the moment his eyes opened, he knew that something was not right. Usually, at this hour, he could feel the power of the night run through him, the cold powering him. But not tonight. Tonight, he felt a strange warmth, weakening him. As he left abandoned building, he couldn’t help but wonder, what he would do if he found a mortal that could defeat him strength wise, with his corrupt, twisted powers weakened. Tonight, he would have to rely on wits, and his own strength. Tonight, he would have to avoid the strengthy ones. Tonight. As the man left for the night, he could see a strange light. He looked. No, the moon wasn’t full, in fact, it was a new moon, a night where he should be strongest. But he could see everything, almost as clear as day. Almost. As he hurriedly walked down the street, the man took a look over several houses. The Browns, the Moore’s, the Cutshaw’s, the Russell’s, the Smiths. Ah, the Smiths. He has enjoyed terrorizing them for years know. The man entered the house, after reading the W.E.L.C.0.M.E mat. Thank goodness! At least he could still turn off sound. After checking through the house, and making sure they were all asleep, he went up the stairs to the bedrooms. The first bedroom he opened, he found John and Samantha Smith. After making sure he would not wake them up, he crept over to Mrs. Smith… ~~~~ Ok. This is my 2nd attempt at writing a story, but hopefully, this story will be better than my last. My Grammar should be better, and I should know how to work the Posts to look good. Also, I wll try to put out a new chapter every week. If I get enough good rating's, I will do my best to put out the next chapter early. Please rate and tell me If I need to improve on anything. ~Davy_Mcwrecker |
2 After he left the house, the man went on through the small town. It was 12:07, way to late for ANYONE to see, but yet, there was light. And not a single star in the sky. It was warmer than it had been in a long time, and it was surely getting brighter. The man, knowing he couldn’t last much longer, decided to head back home.“Where do you think yer goin’?” The man stopped, frozen. He could not move for fear of who the voice came from. More importantly – WHAT the voice came from… As the man turned around, he saw his worst foe – the undead werewolf. His true name is Thomas Ferguson. When he was bitten by a werewolf, Thomas Ferguson was destroyed, and a new creature was born ~ Thomas Furguson. He was a skilled Werewolf, until he lost to an “Exterminator”*, and was knocked into a volcano. Three month’s later, an evil magic revived him. He came out missing the “ring” claw on his left hand, He had no ear on his right side, His left eye was permanently closed and scarred from the fight, and he was missing the flesh on his left leg. When he came out, he was undead. He has been blown up, ripped apart, and torn into shreds, but he never died. After Furguson came back to the pack, he overthrew the current leader, and he has become the most powerful Werewolf there is. Because of his undead, he never returns to human, and he has his own “gang-name”. Bright Darkness ( B.D. for short. ). The man’s opposite. The reason he was singled out. His power, his species, his name. His name. His name, was Darklight. ~~~~ Ok. This is my second chapter, and I would like to know how you guys like my stories so far. Sorry about the slow posting, I am unable to write any more chapters ATM, so if a mod can, close this thread, and I'll write loads of chapters ahead, so I can always post ahead. The fonts will be better, longer chapters, ect.
