After Black Pearl task?
 

I'm kind of new to this whole POTCO thing. I'm a level 19, and I forget exactly how far I am through the Black Pearl task. I'm on the guy who keeps asking for all the rum. lol. But, I was wondering, whats after the black pearl task? Is there some type of like... big boss battle like there is on toontown? Or is there another big task to complete?

After the Black Pearl boss battle, a new task appears in your journal. You cannot complete it however, since the new chapter is a work in progress.

oooh coool. whats that battle like? is it against jolly roger? is it super hard?

There is a unfixed boss battle at the end of the Black Pearl quest.
It is supposed to be released and fixed in summer.
Stay tuned, for it is a sea battle using the Black Pearl and you fight against the Goliath and some other ships!
