Ships on Test
 

has anyone seen any low lvls ships on test server yet?

I know its fix on open but havent seen any on the two servers on test.

just started playing on it and stuck on sink a navy ship part of the quest due to the lack of ships

Yeah I was on the other night, and There was nothing but flagships on the ocean. It was kinda nice, you could focus on one of them and not worry too much about other ships interferring. Boarded many a bulwarks when they kept coming back.

Maybe they changed the level/types of ships based on your level?

Let me test this by creating a new test pirate and see what I get when I am running the low level quests.

After not having been there for a couple weeks, I went on the test servers two days ago to check on my LV13 pirate. He's doing Greer's section of The List and had to sink several ships, so he boarded his Light Frigate and headed out.

Between PR and Tortuga, the only ships he encountered were a flagged Kingfisher and a flagged Greyhound. Off the tip of Tort towards Rumrunners was a flagged Bulwark, with a flagged Man O War in the distance. In the other direction off Tortuga was a Corvette (unflagged) which turned out to be the lowest EITC ship he found. (The only other EITC he saw were a flagged Ironwall and an un-flagged Warlord.) He never did come across a ghostie, and even sailed out to Cuba without seeing any ships.

He sank the Bulwark and Corvette enough times to complete that part of the quest. However, a short time later, he was again tasked with sinking more Navy and EITC ships. Just didn't feel like going through the same thing all over again, so called it a day at that point.

If they don't fix the ship problem on the test servers, I doubt I will be going back there anytime soon.
