When I remove Unlimited Access... Can I use the last 2 Combo skills of the Sword? (The Reverse Spin Cut and Jumping Slash)

No. You are also limited on the weapons you can use, ships, clothing, hair, tattoos, quests and reps gained.

You can only use the first 3.
