Ship Not Available!! Help

Ahoy Seadogs,

I was just plundering some ships for a quest (called "Pirate Life") and I just take a Light Sloop called "Dark-Water Queen" out in the sea. So I beginning to search for the ship in diferent island to see if I can sail it. First of course is Cuba where I usally set sail-"Dark-Water Queen" was not there! It says "Ship Is Not Available", then I went to the two remaining island (that I have unlock) which was Tortuga and Port Royal. I start to click "Board" (but one different I spot is the "Dark-Water Queen" says "Board", but my other ships says "Launch"...Can anybody explain this??) Yesterday, I try to remember which island I went-Raven Cove is another island. I went to that island with my Galleon but still can't "Board" the ship. Not sure where, but something is a little fishy when I saw there ONE Shipmate on the ship!! Is someone invading my ship and taking over it? I have to search every Ocean/Server now. Hope I find who "steal" it soon! D:

Can't somebody explain how to solve this problem? Or should I contact the POTCO Team? o.o

Whenever you teleport away from a ship, unless you have other people aboard it, your ship automatically ports itself. However, there has been a recent glitch going around where pirate's ships are getting stranded out at sea for no reason, so I'm afraid you may have this glitch. The only advice I can really give you at this point is either wait it out until the glitch undoes itself, attempt to have your ship sunk (find your ship, get an enemy ship to sail near it, and have it sink it) or contact the Live Chat team.

Best of luck! :buds:

Thank you Captain Del I'll try to contact the Live Chat team,

I just edit the post a little bit:
  • Dark-Water Queen (My Light Sloop) says there one shipmate on the ship. Is someone taking over my ship?
  • Dark-Water Queen (My Light Sloop) says "Board" rather than "Launch" which was odd..Like the ship need to be "Board"

I recently had the same issue. Sinking my ship temporarily cleared it. I used live chat and called Disney support and they are well aware of the issue.

I had a similar problem. I docked my ship once (it was on public but nobody had come) and I set sail on the ship again, to see that this person (complete stranger) had somehow managed to get on the ship and take the wheel. I took the wheel and docked again, but when I tried to set sail again it said the ship wasn't available. Confused me to no end. :P

Just contact a Live Chat Member and she says that it might take up to a week for a stuck ship to be unstuck. So I guess I have to use my other ship. Thanks for helping guys!

When the servers are reset (typically once a week) it will clear. However they need to root cause the issue and roll out a fix.
