Where are EITC frigates?
 

I've been trying to find EITC frigates and light frigates with little luck. I can find the galleons or a frigate utterly surrounded by skeleton ship. Can anyone help me out? :jacksparrowvswillzu

if you leave from port royal and go right towards kingshead you can usually find a couple EITC Frigates, but there high level and pretty cluttered near higher level ships, so I dunno.

After leaving port in Tortuga, turn toward the left and sail straight out. It shouldn't be long before you see an EITC Corvette (light frigate). They spawn in that area, and there are rarely any higher level ships around.

I must've sunk Corvettes there dozens of times for the various quests. Your best bet is to hit them initially with a broadside from behind. They can turn fairly quickly, however, so do your best to avoid their broadsides.

There's usually a corvette sitting off of perdida :) Between Cuba Perdida Driftwood

This seems to be the safest/easiest place to get them. They spawn over and over there.. just basically park your ship by that area.. and it practically comes right to you over and over. There are a few bigger ships that can bother you if you stray too much away from the spawning area. :laughks2:

A flag corvette often sails around the kingshead/cutthroat island area. (it used to spawn near kingshead)

I agree these ships have been harder to find as of late.

The only thing I find sailing left from Tortuga is a Navy Man O'War, two French ghost ships, and an EITC Ironwall... Not exactly my idea of a good time! And I need 6 Corvettes for a quest...

Will keep on searching and let you know if anything pops up...

The current spawn is just off KH to the front left of the KH doc (when on a boat looking at KH). The problem is that until it is killed it is off sailing towards Padres, makes a turn then heads to outcast, then stays around there.

If a friend can sink her at outcast, and your at KH, then you catch her respawning. But - if you doc at KH to unload booty do it VERY QUICK. It respawns fast and sails even faster! By the time you doc as soon as you sink it (if your RIGHT at KH, it will almost be a 1/3 of the way back to Padres and you may have to chase her (which is why for the quest - I didn't bother docking once I was full... I just finished the quest).

I was doing the quest for pirate lore and the corvettes were all in kingshead. I had to get 15 so then i just boarded them and got the page [sometimes] and boom they reborn in kingshead.
