Guilds/Taking Over Ships

Once again I have another question! Can someone who has a basic account join guilds and take over NPC Ships like Navy ships.... Guess you could call it raiding a ship? If so... anybody got a guild I can join? LOL!

You can't take over a ship. It will always be sunk.
