Reliable Information

Hi all,

Given that there are so many rumours flying about on the forums and in - game, I was just wondering whether there is any place that reliable information about future updates can be found.

I have trolled the web searching for Disney pages, magazine reviews, forums - anything! that might give some accurate hint of what Disney intend for this game.

To no avail.

It really frustrates me that we have to rely on rumours and 3rd hand information from live chat techs.....particularly if these rumours never come to pass.

So just wondering if anyone knows of somewhere i might have missed....

I usually look at the Pirates Online ***** if I need info. Everyone can edit it, of course, but it's usually quite reliable info.

This Forum is the best source of information for Pirates of the Caribbean Online (IMO). You already have users surfing the web, sending/receiving feedback, and finding things in game. In most cases all of the information ends up here.

Time be one of the most reliable for future updates. Only time can tell you what the update will be......

Take a look at my post under POTC Sails and Ships from yesterday. It's a response I received from support regarding ships. It doesn't give specifics, but I do believe it's an indicator of things to come.

I agree with Davy-Time! The Mouse being a mouse is not apt to let the "Cat outta the Bag" before it's time. Otherwise, the mouse would have to deal with a lot of Q & A regarding the "Cat". Time better spent in making the game better for all pirates. Only my two cents for what it is worth. Everyone has their own opinion. Aye?

Mouse releases Cat.....Cat eats Mouse and releases new content. See how easy this can be?

But, then we would have Catkateers not Mousekateers or however ya spell it-LOL

The developers diery used to be a source of somewhat reliable information. Unfortunately, they stopped updating it, and most of the things in it are released already.

I don't think there's really any "reliable" info anywhere. Even the devs can only tell you what they are working on, some of which doesn't get released at all. And thats assuming you can get a dev to tell you things....

And the Devs gave false info... Remember the kraken and all other things that they promised?

Trading and pets too.... :sadmh9:
I think they actually "tried" to make the kraken, but it turned out as fruitless and they gave it up.

They might bring it back...

The again. Now we half to wait 3 hours for what the update is. Maybe its the abandon ship bug.

Maybe there fixing bugs. Back in the year They told us what they were fixing, releasing a day before the date. What happen now?

I'm just a curious Kat I guess...like to know what's being planned for the future...

Thanks for all your replies and fingers crossed for new content soon!
