how do you make a user page?
 

I went to the user control pannel and i couldn't find the "creat userpage" button.

You have to have a paid subsrciption for a userpage.

Yes, look on the front page and look for Donation Upgrades. From donating, you can also get signatures, more PM space, more space to upload attachments, and a POF email alias. These do cost real money, and different bonuses are in different packs. Look under Donation Upgrades and you'll see the details.
