Welcome back! Are you 100% positive your account name and password are correct? A call to support wouldn't hurt. Hate for you to lose your progress on your old Pirate.

Was support able to pull up your old account? Or did they claim there was no record of it? You didn't by chance delete it when you cancelled did you? That being the case it would have deleted everything.
