Two Years
Two years ago, a guild was founded. This guild, although it seemed small and worthless at the time, was destined to become something great. But nobody could even imagine this. Had you told anyone what this guild was to become, they would laugh at you and call you crazy. This guild, is the one you all know as Shadow Sorcerors. And on July 31st, 2009, it all began... SO LET'S PARTY!!! With the guild's Anniversary coming up, I think that it would be quite a shame if we didn't throw in a huge anniversary party! Which is why we will be having one. To celebrate two years of this amazing guild. Through good times and bad, through laughter and tears, we made it. There were many obstacles we faced along the way, but we made it. We are a guild that has stood the test of time, and let's celebrate! To close our Founding Month, Shadow Sorcerors will be having our Anniversary Party! We'll start out meeting up in a tavern, we'll play some games, drink some rum (possibly some fart potions as well), and of course have some speeches from anyone that would like to speak. For those of you that will not be able to make the party and would like to speak, you can PM me a speech you'd like to give and I will say it at the party, so everyone can know your thoughts. Here are the W's: What: The Shadow Sorcerors Two Year Anniversary Party When: Tuesday, August 2nd at 4pm Eastern Time Where: Ratskellar Tavern, Kokoros Server Why: If you need to know why, I shall slap you. Who: All pirates! Dress Code: Black and Red Baby! (Basics exempt, but should try their best) Before I post this thread, I'd like to give a short speech. Leading this guild has been an honor for me. To see this guild reach two years is... well, its quite exciting for me, to say the least. At times I've felt stressed, sometimes even on the point of no return. But then I look at what I have. I look at all of you, and I realize that the good FAR outweighs the bad, and this guild is my family. Without you guys, I'm not so sure I would even be playing this game still. I would probably have quit the game long ago to go play another. Can you imagine that? I can't. DP and Meg, is it the date or time that is a problem, and how much would I need to move it? I would like to get as many people as possible there without having to move it more than one or two days. I'll stick with this date for now but I may change it later. We still have two weeks, after all.
Oh, and I forgot to mention before: ALL pirates are invited, be you Sorceror or not. So long as you come with non-party-crasher-or-rum-stealer intentions. ;) |

Well, Davy, you know about my time zone problem, and I'd hate for you to move the time just because of my time zone. I can miss out on this, if it's too much trouble.
