I hated to leave, but I did
 

I stuck around for a long time, hoping that things would smooth out and the remaining guild members would play together, but it didn't work out that way.

I can't begin to say how much I hated leaving this guild. But I was wailing on Darkhart one day and another pirate politely asked if she could join in. I agreed.

Then she asked if her guild friends could join in too. I was slightly miffed, but she was nice, so I couldn't say no.

I offered to heal and her guildies joined in and I remembered, after so many months, how nice it is to have other people to talk to and horse around with.

So, Anne Stormhawk is no longer a Duece. Nor is Anne Then (I deleted that character completely).

I would ask, though, Bas...Purv...if you come back and re-activate/animate the Dueces...PLEASE let me know. I loved being a Duece and had more fun in this guild than I ever had playing the game.

But even a lone wolf longs for a pack at times.

I'm a Sky Guardian now. They seem to be a family-friendly, great bunch of peeps. I really like them.

But I miss a lot of our silly, twisted doings in Dueces.

I'll be hanging here on the forums...just in case the Dueces pull a phoenix.

Tosses a handful or two of dirt in your direction .... I can understand moving on, a lot of us have. We had a great time as Dueces though.

Best of luck in your new guild, Ukebec. DW was always one of my favorites-so many great ppl. But, I can understand your reason for abandoning a guild that you always called home. Seems to be in the Caribbean air lately. Hopefully, the winds will change...

DW has a bunch of awesome individuals.....I've played with them on both Test and the regular game. We've had some great conversations here as well. Well, good luck to you mate......
