Can't start to play game
 

When I get to the screen where your pirate is on the dock looking at you, I can't play game because it says my pirate is already online. When I made another pirate, that one worked fine. I've tried just about everything short of reinstalling game but I don't see how that would help because the problem doesn't seem to be my computer. Any clues?
