I talked to live chat today about my POTCO log in problems. I told them how My computer is crashing and the game crashes. Told him about how the launcher wont work. For some reason I was able to come online last night and this morning, then this evening it crashed the computer again. We talked until I brought up that I noticed something in the driver update that live chat gave me yesterday. On the screen it said Windows XP Professional/Home. My computer is Windows XP Media Center Edition Today's live chat person said that what I said is very important, because the game is not compatible with Windows XP Media Center

After that he said there is nothing else I can do(unless i bought another computer). I did bring up that I have played POTCO since March 2008...he then repeated that its not compatible and that there's nothing else he can do. So I don't know what I'm going to do...maybe just quit... I would get on again eventually, thats if potco is still around..no matter how many years it will be lol

If you had that Windows before March '08 and were playing ok, then there's got to be something else going on. Good Luck!

I have had this computer since spring 2006....so its the same.

That's weird, I have Windows XP Professional and my account works. I used to have the same problem about 3 years ago, but after I quit for 2 years it started working on me again. Hmm...

Typo: He said its not compatible with Windows XP Media Center Edition...which is what I have.

Regardless, mate. You have used it before and the game worked, therefore there's really no reason for it to work now.

Odd I use Media Center Edition 2005 and it still works just fine so I really don't know lol
