Ideas? Runtime error

I've gotten these Microsoft Visual C++ error messages, and crashed, 5 times in 2 days:

It's happened on 2 different characters (one brand new, created today), multiple servers and in multiple locations.

I searched it here on the forums and saw other people having problems back around the first of the year, but I didn't see any solutions. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I keep getting an error like that too(doesnt say runtime though)...only mine has a file name saying this file encountered a error and must close.

Since Ukebec is using Windows xp, what service pack are you running off of? ( start menu and right click my computer then properties just in case you didn't know ) and Cannonfury If you are using xp as well would you mind telling me the service pack number too? I found something that could fix both your problems - I THINK - it's an update to the ( Visual C++ ) thing but it only work with xp if it has service pack 3

Cool maybe you can use the update I found. search in google or what ever you use for " Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable " without the quotation marks :) and a notice, ONLY get it from the Microsoft site and that should fix a few problems maybe it will even make your launcher work :) lol. hope this helps!
