flag ships

Does anyone know what server has flag ships? It seems like some servers have them and some don't.

All servers should have flag ships. It's a matter of how often they respawn.

I've been finding them on Cruzos without a problem, but I think there are more of them on the busier servers, as in anything rated Ideal.
