title says it,

is the land combat firearm aimer affected by the sharpshooter skill???

Does the radius of aim get improved????

Or is it simply so they don't dodge as much?????

Yes, it just won't make your gun 'miss' as frequently.

So the (aimer) radius is larger?, Meaning i can be turned around more (away from my target) and still be able to aim + shoot at him??????????

The Marker Radius doesn't change. The Sharp Shooter skill increases for odds of the shot hitting the enemy. You still have to be facing and aiming at the enemy your attacking.
