I've returned to Pirates Online
 

After returning from the game from about a year or a little over, I need to download the game again. Which is going on right now. But it seems to be taking a while. It is downloading on Firefox, so it is the browser version. Where do I find the download which gives me the desktop icon and when I click on it, the little window comes up to log on? That's really what I want. Also, how long does the download usually take these days?

First off, welcome back to the game! Good to see people returning.

However, it seems that POTCO is phasing out their desktop launcher. It's no longer available for download. It's completely from the browser now, unless you have the desktop launcher from before they started getting rid of it.

Welcome back mate! Glad to see we have some fresh meat! Then again, you're returning, so you're not too fresh, but you'll do!

Just google it. I returned as well and after a while of searching I found the download and was able to get it on my desktop.

Thanks for the replies guys! I got the game working and it works well. I Googled the link to the downloader, but I think I'll just stick with the browser thing.
