What I'm trying to guess at is if this is any significant event or if it is just a little GM play time. What I'm saying is, will this lead to something, or will this just be the end of it and there won't be anything else. Usually POTCO will not just do these GM events if they won't have some update connected to them in the future.

Not necessarily, sometimes they just do these events just to keep people loving the game, and not being bored. Remember that Black Guard event? What was that linked to? Nothing, in fact, we haven't even seen them very much since then. A long time ago, Captain Walter was held up at For Charles and the pirates helped him escape (I was there. xD) That didn't lead to anything either. Hopefully it can lead to something, but I doubt it.

Whatever happened to Hench being kidnapped/killed off? Leave it to POTCO to think everybody has forgotten that...

It wasn't Hench that was kidnapped, it was Captain Walter who was supposedly killed by Captain Ezeikel Rott.

Shouldn't there be a single captain anyways? Ah, who cares, the Marceline Guild is just a brand of average players. Ones who don't play the game on a daily basis, and ones who struggle to play it on a weekly basis.

There is a single captain. Marceline guild said Walter was killed off. Now his second in command aka Xavier Hench is the new Captain. They are not average players mate. They be a a little more important to the Caribbean. Savvy?

I just feel some of the things on Test that are so bugged should be tested moreso before updates. I could beat any one of them in PvP, and probably get top score playing them in Mayhem. Of course I wouldn't trust the fact that they actually obtained their World Eater Blade's. They simply seem overrated, and no extra flavor in the game for a long time player such as myself.
