level to buy war sloop
 

i have enough for war sloop something which i had been saving up and i got my notoriety up to level 15 for it just ot buy it then i realize they say requires level 15. so does it mean the sailing or cannon? or whatevern???

My guess is sailing. Being able to shoot a cannon has nothing to do with sailing a ship. (Well, I think so...)
