Terrible problem

I have a problem regarding my screenshots. I went into the Disney Online folder, to see that the Pirates Online folder is missing and so are my screenshots. This fills me with disappointment seeing as I keep my best screenshots in there. I use Windows 7, if it helps. I definitely didn't delete the folder, because that would be mightily stupid.

If anyone knows a tiny thing about this problem, or has fixed it before, any advice would be great. Right now I'm glad I saved some of my best Pirates pictures into my Pictures folder.

Hmm I may know the problem.... In Windows 7 there is a normal program files folder then one named program files(x86) for 32 bit applications I believe. Please correct me if I am wrong

Yes, that's right. I used to be able to access my screenshots from Program Files(x86), Disney, Disney Online, Pirates Online, screenshots, but now the Pirates Online folder is missing.

If you have been using both the launcher and the web site ( browser ) version, you may be looking in the wrong directory. It is also called SCREENSHOTS

When I got a new computer, I also couldn't figure out how to view my screenshots either. I have a TOSHIBA, so I'm pretty sure the way I use is different, but I hope you figure it out. :D

My Disney online is empty too. I luckily made a link to my screen shots before it disappeared.

If it helps, the path I use is:

( C: ) > Users > (Me) > AppData > Local (or LocalLow) > Panda3D > Start > pirates > screenshots.

Hopefully that helps. :)

That was very helpful, Captain Sharktooth - I found all my screenshots of different games in there except for Pirates. Which is kind of ironic. :piratetongueor4:

EDIT: I FOUND MY SCREENSHOTS! Hooray! Thanks for all your help. It was in the Panda3D folder, then start, then pirates, then screenshots - but I had to search for Panda3D because it wasn't in where Captain Sharktooth said.
