Wanna be able to keep up with your friends here on POF on say Xbox Live, Wii friend codes, X-fire, Stream, or Playstation live? We've just added new fields where you can add these different gamer sites and communities to your profiles so your friends can find you where ever you are playing other games.

Go to Edit Your Details and fill in the new game card fields. This will add a new block on to your profile displaying various info you have already inputted into your accounts at other gamer sites and community locations. It'll even add post icons to your post header to display that you are a member of these different communities so they can find you.


PS. my info for the gaming cards is all bogus for just testing purposes.

Weren't those already there? I might be wrong. Well thanks for the new addition to the profiles. Good work as per usual.

We just had empty fields where you could put your friend code or player's ID # so people could play but that was very limited.

This allows you to link to your account from say xbox live and allow people to befriend you there so you can play together. It also displays your membership info here on your user profile from say x-fire so people can see what other games you play.

If you see in Cannonfury's post header; button right hand corner....there is an x-fire icon. Just hover your mouse over it.

Also, if you go to Cannonfury's user profile; there is a new block on the right bottom that is their x-fire profile and includes some info about them there.

I just saw these! These look awesome. The only one I have is Steam, but I'll get an X-Fire soon, I think.

When I went to it, all I saw were XBox, PSN, and Wii. Where are the others? Like Steam and XFire?

They are located before your pirate info. Right after favorite POF activity or something like that and location.

For the Wii Code it changes on some games (Conduit 2) The wii codes are different for each account in-game.

I just added the Wii friend code that is for the console.

It has come to my attention that the gamer ID with everyone's xfire, Wii, etc usernames and codes were being displayed on post to anyone viewing the forums. Which is a violation of our personal information policy. Because of this, they had to be removed from the top of everyone's posts but will remain on everyone's profile where only members of the forums can view them. This way, you can still share with your friends but none members of the forums are unable to obtain them.
