Can't Target People
 

Anyone else have a problem where they go to fullscreen and suddenly can't target other players anymore? If so how did you fix it?

What do you mean target other players?

You can't target players (not that i know of), only enemies.

Apparently nobody else knows what this guy is talking about.

To fix your problem, you need to log out then in each time it happens.

He's talking about clicking players and having no menu come up.

Yes this is what I meant by targetting people. And thank you for the unfortunate answer. I will continue to do this then.

Yes I'm having this problem too where I can't click on other players names. We should report the bug.

Happened to me a few times that and docking on port royal to be able to run through buildings or sail straight through island such a great game we are paying for eh?

I find it extremely difficult to target players or NPCs when trying to attune the voodoo doll.

They need to extend the range a bit.

I think that's part of the point with the enemies - voodoo is powerful, but you have to get in close to use it. I would like to see it be a little easier to attune to other pirates, though. With the lag we all experience, it's hard to get close enough. When I play side by side with my daughter, it can look like I'm right next to her on my screen, but I can't see myself on her screen.

This afternoon, we were in Ft. Charles (in a quiet ocean), and I watched her hack thin air on my screen, while on her screen, she was fighting a lvl 18 Veteran.
