Server Choices
 

Ok, so I really like the idea of being able to pick which ocean you enter the game in, but it always sends me to another ocean anyway. Is this something we'll be able to use eventually or is it supposed to be working now and it's just not working for me?

It's not working for me either, but I still try everytime I log in :p

I just dont see the point of it...just pick an ocean after you log on...sheesh

Well, for me sometimes when I end up in a really busy ocean I lag, and it takes longer to tp to a quiet ocean. So for me it's nice to be able to log into a quiet ocean from the beginning. It's not something I have to have, but since the capability is there, it would be nice if it worked :)

If I could remember to do that right after I logged on, that would be great. :smileyfinger027:

For Elisa, who really isnt doing anything but leveling weapons, it's not a problem, and that's what I usually do. But when I'm playing Lola, who is still working through the quests, people start whispering, talking in guild chat and TPing as soon as I enter the game, and by the time I think about it , a crew has been established and then we can't switch oceans or we lose crew status. And we can't recrew with each other after switching oceans unless we restart the game.

Anyway... no, it's not a huge deal, but it would be nice to be able to use it.

I Didn't mean for that "sheesh" to sound sarcastic..but re reading it it sure looks that way....What I should have said was "Hey Disney, why don't you fix the Boss battle and not work on silly things like chosing a server to log into...that doesn't always work anyways..." :)

No problem, Sarah. I thought maybe it was something like that, and I'd probably be frustrated, too. :)

I sent in a bug report, and they say they're working on it.

My friends and I try to always go to the same ocean, to make it easier to get things done. If it's been quiet, sometimes ships they I damaged a couple of hours before are still there when I get back.

Like Plunderin' Mom, I also sometimes get so busy with chat, etc after I get on, I forget, so the feature is nice because it reminds you as you're logging in to think about what ocean you want to be in.

That said, I, too, would MUCH rather they fix the Boss Battle first!!!

They need to stop adding broken content just for the sake of adding content.
