My Piratey Day
 

So, I had Science Fair today(Friday)(which I got 1st place in), which meant that we were already going to be in the area of the Land of the Mouse. A few days before we left to go to the Science Fair, we decided that we would leave a day early and spend the day before SF at Disneyland. I'm going to skip straight to the POTC Ride. While in line, I did this:

As you can see, I had printed something out the night before. I came prepared. :D While I was standing in the "real-life version of Tortuga Abassa" holding up my awesome sign, I was very thankful that my back was turned to the people in line, because otherwise, I would have seen (as my mom told me later) everybody in BOTH lines staring at me and my awesome paper.

After about 20 minutes of waiting in line, it was finally our turn to go on the ride. We made several attempts to snap a photo in the ride, but it did not turn out well... This was the best image that we were able to get:

Without the flash, you couldn't see the paper. WITH the flash, you could see ONLY the paper, as you can see in the above picture.

Overall, it was a very fun day at the land of the mouse. It didn't hurt that the next day, I was given first place in my Science Fair Division. :)

CONGRATS CHRISSSSYYY!!!!!! I think I can speak for everyone one here when I say we are proud of you! and that was awesome!! i think when we go i will have shirts made or something idk, but that was awesome! very proud of my third ex/hubby! BAHAHA;)

Very Very Cool Chris I love it when this stuff happens. I'm glad to see this tradition started by Char is being kept up!! and congrats on the first place too!


I've been thinking about doing a t-shirt design too and uploading it to one of those t-shirt sites that will let anyone purchase it. If anyone has any thoughts on it I would love to hear about it—PM me or something.
