New Ships Coming Soon?
 

On PiratesOnline's YouTube channel, one user commented saying, "bring out all the cool ships again like the ship of the line and stuff." PiratesOnline's reply: "In due time [username] - we've got some big news coming soon."

Thoughts?

I actually think that this is the next big update. Hard to tell when it will come, but if I were to guess, I would say next week or two. It would be really exciting. I dream of when I can call myself captain of a Ship of the Line. :)

They are coming... just no one knows when. I think it will be around summer time, sorta like a big summer kick off or something.

I'd be proud to sail among the great fleets of ER, the massive flagship that s the Victory Shark and operate one of the mighty guns of the Shadow King.

These ships are going to make the game EPIC! but what should happen is the Navy/EITC/Skeletons should have better ships and even some of their own SOTLs roaming about. An undead SOTL would be awesome. :)

I wouldn't be surprised if it truly was the next update. Supposedly, a YouTube comment said that "the Phase Models shows the Ship of the Line model as having 16 Broadside Guns" or something along the lines of that. The true model that players on Test have of the Ship of the Line does not show this (I was on one yesterday night), but maybe the model has not been updated in the real game, so you never know.

I hope it is coming in the next update. It may not have been ready in August, but that was eight months ago; plenty of time for the team to correct any problems and have the SOTL formally tested.

Would be great tonsee something like that. I'm hoping for a nice "welome back, Hookshot" ship for when I get unlimited :)

I want new ships too... will be so much fun

I don't really want the new ships unless the sailing gets harder they will be overkill if not.
